I have read the book (How to Protect Your Family’s Assets…) several times and have the following questions;
Does the community spouses Medicaid Annuity payments count towards his Monthly Maintenance Needs Allowance?
If it does can the Community Spouse apply for the annuity and have the payments go to an adult child so that the Community Spouse income will not be effected?
